We are continually monitoring the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and are adjusting our COVID-19 contingency plans as necessary to continue providing the same high level of service as always. 

We care deeply about live events, and the fans that make them so special. We want to provide as much clarity as possible on how this impacts your tickets.  Please keep in mind we are a secondary ticket provider and do not have influence or control decisions around event changes like cancellation, postponement, or increased safety measures at the event level.

What You Need to Know

Our industry-leading guarantee continues to protect your every purchase, and nothing about this situation has or will change our commitment to delivering authentic tickets.  As lovers of live events, we hope that the vast majority of events go on as planned, in which case your tickets are valid and we hope you enjoy the event. If for any reason you are no longer able to attend the event, you always have the option to sell your tickets on Premium Seats USA in just a few quick steps.  Keep in mind, if the event is postponed without a rescheduled date, you will have to wait until the event has been officially rescheduled before these tickets can be posted for sale.

To assure fans’ safety during these uncertain times, all tickets are subject to restrictions and requirements put in place by venues, teams, or government authorities as it pertains to social distancing, wearing personal protective gear or similar measures. If an event is played without fans or reasonably similar seats are not available, you will receive a refund as if the game were cancelled. 

Yes, that means we reserve the right to cancel any orders for events where capacity limitations or changes require re-seating clients and alternative tickets are no longer available at a comparable price.

If an event is cancelled, you will be notified. For eligible orders, you will have two options:

1)   Receive a coupon for 120% of your original purchase
2)   Receive a full refund less any delivery fees (if you purchased a package, also less any components already delivered or redeemed)

If an event is postponed, your tickets will most likely be valid for the new date, although this will depend on the venue’s policy. Similar to a cancellation, there is no need to take any action on your end, once we have confirmed the changes with the event organizer we will contact you with an update.
