What You Need to Know<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our industry-leading guarantee continues to protect your every purchase, and nothing about this situation has or will change our commitment to delivering authentic tickets.\u00a0\u00a0As lovers of live events, we hope that the vast majority of events go on as planned, in which case your tickets are valid and we hope you enjoy the event. If for any reason you are no longer able to attend the event, you always have the option to sell your tickets<\/a> on Premium Seats USA in just a few quick steps.\u00a0 Keep in mind, if the event is postponed without a rescheduled date, you will have to wait until the event has been officially rescheduled before these tickets can be posted for sale.<\/p>\n

To assure fans’ safety during these uncertain times, all tickets are subject to restrictions and requirements put in place by venues, teams, or government authorities as it pertains to social distancing, wearing personal protective gear or similar measures. If an event occurs without fans or reasonably similar seats are not available, you will receive a refund as if the event were cancelled.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Yes, that means we reserve the right to cancel any orders for events where capacity limitations or changes require re-seating\u00a0clients and alternative tickets are no longer available at a comparable price.<\/b><\/p>\n

If an event is\u00a0cancelled<\/strong>, you will be notified<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. Orders will be updated as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

1)\u00a0 \u00a0You will automatically receive a coupon for 120% of your original purchase
2)\u00a0 \u00a0You have 7 days from notification to request a full refund less any delivery fees (if you purchased a package, also less any components already delivered or redeemed)<\/span><\/p>\n

All NFL games are not yet treated as cancelled as most teams have plans to partial re-opening.\u00a0 Orders will be addressed on a case by case basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

If an event is\u00a0postponed<\/strong>, your tickets will most likely be valid for the new date, although this will depend on the venue\u2019s policy. Similar to a cancellation, there is no need to take any action on your end, once we have confirmed the changes with the event organizer we will contact you with an update.<\/span><\/p>\n
