Air Supply Info:
Air Supply was a huge hit in the 1980’s with their super sweet love ballads. They started off in Australia in the late 70’s. They weren’t really noticed until Rod Stewart asked them to be his opening act. In 1980 they signed a record deal and released there first album Lost in Love. The album was a major success and generated 3 top ten hits. The next album was just as successful and spawned two top ten hits. In 1982, they released Now and Forever. The songs barely scratched the top forty. The next venture for the group was in 1983, when they released a greatest hits album. With the album came a new single. “Making Love Out of Nothing at All,” went number one and spent several weeks there; giving Air Supply there biggest hit yet. After this they released another mediocre album and eventually split up. In the mid 90’s they reunited and tried to make some more hits. In 2005 they still continue to make music together and are on tour right now.
