How does the Affiliate Program work?
Premium Seats USA uses a direct link pixel tracking system which records sales using a referring domain. When a customer clicks on your link and is taken to our site, a temporary cookie is placed on the customer’s computer. Our program recognizes all extensions of your web domain and will track sales no matter where the link is within your site. If your users purchases from us, you will receive a commission based on the verified sales amount.
If you do not have a website, you may still refer business through social media networks such as facebook and twitter, internet forums, emails and good old word of mouth. As long as they mention your business, you will earn a commission. Tracking will be different for each of these mediums but our team will teach you how to earn commissions through them all.
How much does it cost?
Absolutely nothing. And you may opt out at any time.
What is the commission structure?
You will be paid 8% on all event ticket sales that originate from your affiliate link. Because our average order is nearly $500 you can do the math and see how your commissions can add up fast. Commissions are not paid on applicable delivery or shipping charges.
How do I set up an account?
Setting up an account is very easy and it's completely FREE. You don't have to pay to become an affiliate.
All you need to do to sign up is go to the Signup Form and fill it out. After a review from our affiliate manager, you will receive an email with your password and other information. An affiliate manager will assist you in getting links, banners and other media live on your site to help spread the word about our products.
How can I create links to PremiumSeatsUSA.com?
Customized welcome materials will be sent to you with banners and links to get you started. You may link to any page on our website and promote any of our 10,000 events. Because of our direct linking software, it will track any clicks that come from your referring domain. Our dedicated team will assist you in making sure you are promoting the most popular events for optimal sales results.
How do you keep track of my sales?
When a customer clicks on your link and is taken to our site, a temporary cookie is placed on the customer’s hard drive. If they purchase, the order will be verified within a short period of time and the amount will be placed into your account. Ask us how you can test it out to verify the amount will show up in your account.
Do I get credit for the sale if the customer leaves and then returns to PremiumSeatsUSA.com directly?
Once your visitor comes to PremiumSeatsUSA.com a 30 day cookie is placed on their hard drive. If they return to our site within 30 days of their first visit you will be credited for the sale.
Will I be notified when a sale is confirmed?
You will receive an automated email summary which outlines the order details as we received them. At that time the sale and your commissions are not confirmed, it is being processed. You will see the sale and commissions automatically reflected in your affiliate account and if there are any adjustments to be made to the sale/commission details, including removal because of fraud, those changes will be made within 24-48 hours of receiving the order summary.
How can I monitor my sales and commissions with Premium Seats USA?
You have been assigned a unique username and password that will allow you to monitor your referrals, sales and commissions from day to day. You can log in through our website and check in on your progress at any time.
How and when will I be paid?
Payment is made monthly by check. There must be a minimum amount of $50 in your account to be paid. If the amount is under the minimum, the amount will roll over to the following month and you will be paid when the total amount reaches $50 or more.
