How can I track the status of my order? Premium Seats USA will notify you of the expected date of delivery of your tickets as soon as we confirm your order. We will confirm your order within 24 hours of your internet purchase either by phone or e-mail. Orders placed over the weekend will be confirmed on Monday. What if my event is cancelled or postponed? We are not able to offer refunds for postponed events; however, the tickets issued will be honored for the rescheduled event.
