Premium Seats USA specializes in obtaining desirable seats for popular and sold out events and often has to pay a price above face value to obtain tickets that are in such high demand. The tickets are then sold at market value. The market value price for a ticket is determined by several factors including the location of the seat, supply and demand, and the date and location of the event.

The only place you can buy tickets at face value is directly from the venue box office or through Ticketmaster. However, it is important to note that many primary sellers often charge a service or convenience fee creating a price over the face value of the ticket.

Is it illegal to sell or buy tickets for more than face value?

FLORIDA RESIDENTS
In Florida, where Premium Seats USA is licensed, it requires that all event tickets sold to Florida residents to be included as part of a travel package. As a result, Premium Seats USA has convenient prearranged meeting locations for transportation to your event. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a travel voucher along with your ticket purchase at no additional charge. The transportation service is provided as part of the package along with your ticket purchase and it is not mandatory that you utilize the travel service we provide. If you choose to accept or decline the transportation portion of the package, your purchase price will be the same.

How can I track the status of my order?
Premium Seats USA will notify you of the expected date of delivery of your tickets as soon as we confirm your order. We will confirm your order within 24 hours of your internet purchase either by phone or e-mail. Orders placed over the weekend will be confirmed on Monday. All orders are sent via FedEx and require a signature upon delivery. If your package does not arrive as anticipated, please contact a customer service representative.

What is your refund / return policy?
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat location. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on any orders once they have been confirmed. This also applies to lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

What if my event is cancelled or postponed?
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rained out, flood, earthquake, etc), strike or lockout, Premium Seats USA will provide a full refund for the amount you paid for the tickets. We are not able to offer refunds for postponed events; however, the tickets issued will be honored for the rescheduled event.

I have tickets for sale. Will Premium Seats USA buy them from me?
